Spicy Creamy Gnocchi with Sausage

-1 tablespoon Olive Oil
-1 white onion, chopped
-1 pound mild Italian sausage, casings removed
-3 cups Lynora’s roasted garlic pasta sauce
-1 cup heavy cream
-½ tablespoon Chili flakes
-Salt and pepper, to taste
-1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
-2 cups spinach
-½ cup grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
-2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 


-Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucence.
-Add the Italian sausage to the pan and cook, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
-Add the Lynora’s roasted garlic sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer. Add the cream and stir to combine. Add the chili flakes and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
-Add the gnocchi to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Cover the skillet and cook the gnocchi for about 5 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
-Add the spinach to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is creamy.
-Stir in the parmesan cheese and top with chopped parsley. Top with extra parmesan if desire and enjoy!
