Super Bruschetta

Super Bruschetta 

Just in time for the big game, try this super recipe for bruschetta. By adding Mascarpone, Italian cream cheese, this creamy, cheesy appetizer will be an instant touchdown and make you the MVP of your football watch party!

Ingredients
½ crusty French bread, cut diagonally into 4 pieces
1 clove of garlic
Lynora’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz. Mascarpone cheese, optional
1 t. Italian Herb Mix (you can find the recipe here).
8 oz. cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella pearls
2 T. fresh basil, sliced thinly
Lynora’s Balsamic Glaze

Directions
Toast bread slices on both sides then cut a clove of garlic in half and rub the cut sides over one side of the toasted bread. Drizzle bread with Lynora’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Set aside.
If using mascarpone, combine it with herb mix, making sure mascarpone has been out of the refrigerator for a few minutes. Spread on top of toasted bread. Set aside.
Combine tomatoes with mozzarella pearls. Liberally cover with Lynora’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mound the mixture on each toasted bread piece. Top with fresh basil, then Lynora’s balsamic glaze. Drizzle glaze in a zig zag pattern confidently across all pieces.
